Update: Turns out that a little after I updated (or possibly as I was updating it) Ike became a Category 1 Hurricane! Destruction of the Caribbean is going ahead as planned.

Well Ike fans, it's been quite a while. But after a summer hiatus, for lack of a better word, I'm gonna try it again. What better way to commemorate the return of Team Ike than with hurricane Ike? This is no joke, Ike fans. Observe:
Tropical Storm Ike is currently headed straight for the Bahamas, and is projected to be a Category 3 hurricane by the time it hits. It's almost a Category 1, which requires 74 mph winds, and they're about 70 right now. With any luck, this forecast is off and Ike will be a Category 5 Hurricane before it tears through the Caribbean. I'll try to keep updates on the site as the story develops.
